• Use the Services to develop or train competing artificial intelligence models.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without explicit permission.

3. Content

• Inputs: You retain ownership of the data you provide to the Services.
• Outputs: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Starways AI assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to Outputs.
• Accuracy Disclaimer: AI models can provide inaccurate or misleading information. You should not rely on Outputs without independent verification. Starways AI is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from reliance on Outputs.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Fees: Certain features require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Changes: We may modify our pricing at any time, but will provide notice before your next billing cycle.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if your use poses a security risk to our systems. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• "As Is": THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
• Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STARWAYS AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra. You waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
